Information notice pursuant to art. 13 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) Information for the processing of personal data collected from the person concerned

Pursuant to art. 4 and 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is Formenti & Giovenzana Spa, with
head office in Via Piave 55, Veduggio con Colzano, MB, 20837 (Italia), as represented by the special
attorney.
"personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors characteristic of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity; (C26, C27, C30). The personal data that will be processed for the purposes indicated below are specifically: - name, role in the company, e-mail address of the person who completes the questionnaire, company of origin.

The data will be kept for 2 years and then updated after the customer completes the questionnaire again, unless the customer has exercised the right to object. In case of opposition the updating of the questionnaire will not be requested to the customer. |
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as data processors (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) or as individuals acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above. Specifically, the data will be communicated to: - subjects providing services for the management of the information system and communication networks (including electronic mail); - firms or companies in the context of assistance and consulting relationships; - authorities competent to comply with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request; - ISO 9001 auditors. A list of data processors is available at the headquarters of the data controller.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
The provision of data for the above purposes is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller, i.e. the evaluation of the internal service for the development of improvement plans. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to submit the questionnaire.
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016). To exercise your right you may contact the Data Controller at the e-mail address privacy@fgvitaly.com. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them is carried out in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
The data controller may change, modify, add or remove any part of this Privacy Policy at any time, except to request your consent where required. In order to facilitate verification of any changes, this Privacy Policy will contain an indication of the date on which the Privacy Policy was updated. Date of update: 15.09.2020
